RETURNS
If one of our products does not meet your expectations, you can return the goods to us within 14 days of receipt. Please note that we unfortunately do not cover or reimburse the shipping costs for returns. Returns sent back after 14 days can no longer be accepted. All products that are returned must be in perfect condition. Returns will only be accepted if the products are returned unused, in their original packaging and complete.
We strive to process returns as quickly as possible. As soon as we receive your return, you will be notified by email. If the refund has been accepted by us, you will be refunded the full amount immediately and no later than 14 days after the return. The repayment will be made using the same payment method that you used to pay us.
